Day 3 — The Structure Is Complete
Navratri closes. The Seven Pillars as they landed. The body begins to remember.
March 29, 2026. Gut Nisdorf, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Day 3.
Navratri closed last night. Nine nights complete.
The structure of transformation is in place. What follows is practice.
Not initiation. Not preparation. The nine nights did their work. Siddhidatri sat on the lotus and offered what the eight preceding nights prepared the ground to receive. The bestower of completeness does not give something new. She makes visible what was always there.
What was always there: seven pillars. Hewn in the seven days before the train. Load-bearing before I had language for them.
Here is what landed.
The Seven Pillars — As They Arrived at Gut Nisdorf
Pillar I — Unconditional Love
March 19, 2026. New Moon.
I am.
Unconditional love.
I am present. Anchor. Commitment. Foundation. Cornerstone.
The grey zone has its season.
You do not hew this one. You discover it was already standing.
Pillar II — Anger
March 20, 2026. Spring Equinox. Shailaputri.
I am present. Anchor. Commitment. Foundation. Cornerstone.
The grey zone has its season.
Presence isn't about screen time.
At Gut Nisdorf, I surrender completely.
Named anger is a resource. Unnamed anger is a leak.
Pillar III — The Diamond and the Seed
March 21, 2026. Brahmacharini.
The diamond was formed in the pressure of these 64 years. It crystallized last night in the surrender. Now begins the fine cutting of the diamond. The seed has been planted.
Wir werden sehen.
A pilgrim's fitness plan — rooted in place, rhythm, and the body you already have.
Pillar IV — The Threshold
March 22, 2026. Chandraghanta.
I have nothing left but a candle.
Emptiness. Nothing left to defend. Nothing left to prove.
Formlessness is not weakness. It is the highest strategic state.
Standing at the edge. The commitment is made. The door is in view.
Crossing the threshold.
Pillar V — Surrender
March 23, 2026. Kushmanda.
I don't need permission from anyone but myself to do what I am doing.
The candle was made a year ago before the maker knew what it was for. It was handed to Achim at the gate on March 26.
Pillar VI — Der Boden
March 24, 2026. Skandamata.
Der Boden trägt.
My name is nobody. The ground holds regardless of what name stands on it.
Pillar VII — I Am That I Am
March 25, 2026. Eve of departure. Katyayani.
Ehyeh asher Ehyeh.
My name is nobody. What name does Nobody arrive at when he stops hiding?
I Am That I Am. Being in the act of being. I am a verb.
Der Boden trägt. Ehyeh asher Ehyeh.
The First Three Mornings
The programme began at 04:20 on March 27.
Day 1 — March 27 Wake-up feel: 5. Headache. Exercises done. Felt better after.
Day 2 — March 28 Wake-up feel: 6. Habit change begins. Exercises done. Start to feel muscles again.
Day 3 — March 29 Wake-up feel: 6. The body and mind wanted more sleep. The mind said: don't start getting lazy. Exercises done. Consciousness.
Three mornings. A 5 becoming a 6 becoming a 6 that held its ground against the argument for more sleep.
The plan is not about the days when it feels good. It is about the morning when the mind offers a reason not to begin, and the body begins anyway. Day 3 is that morning. It counts.
Phase 1 continues. Hands in soil. The garden is waiting.
